I attended a Run Clinic with my friend and Cross Fit Coach Darcy Franklin. Here I learned important tips like landing on the midfoot and keeping my arm swing at my sides instead of crossing in front of my body. Adding a stroller to the equation complicates gate, stride and arm swing, however, so I asked Darcy to share tips on how to run with a stroller.
P.S. Don't forget the snacks, water bottles, and sunscreen, and also remember to attach favorite toys to the stroller so you don't lose them on the run!
