This video post is unscripted, but filled with great advice with help from fellow fit mom, Darcy Franklin. Just so you know, I'm aware that "funnest" isn't a word. And if you're looking for motivation to work out, just keep your eyes on Darcy's arms.
I got through two miles of slow running today and enjoyed every step. (You don't have to be fast to enjoy the track). While I remembered to wear two jog bras for the postpartum body, I forgot vaseline for my inner thighs, or the "bonus boobs between my legs." Ouch.
Call a friend or two and meet up at the track for this workout! Don't forget the tricycles, buckets and shovels, and bring that babysitter along if you can!
