It’s relatively easy to workout while pregnant compared to the “fourth trimester,” when your body doesn’t know which way is up (because it wants to be down since you are perpetually sleep deprived). There's also the matter of your internal organs trying to find their way home. Here’s how I handled fitting fitness in (or not) between bouts of mastitis.
