Working out with kids attached to me, in my presence, or moving along side me has become my specialty. I figured out early on that I would rarely get time to exercise if I waited for “me time.” Finding ways to fit in fitness with kids became a fun challenge and, as I came to realize, a smart parenting move if I wanted to raise fit kids.
